Send flowers to Glewo from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Pamiątka śmierci ks. Jerzego Popiełuszki are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Pomnik 950-lecia Dobrzynia nad Wisłą in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Where the delivery address includes Kazimierza Wielkiego, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A delivery for Szkoła Podstawowa is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Szkoła Podstawowa im. Tadeusza Kościuszko? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Kościół parafialny pw. Podwyższenia Krzyża Świętego are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at dawny kościół ewangelicki, obecnie kaplica Niepokalanego Poczęcia NMP, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When entering an address in Stare Miasto, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before sending a tribute to Cmentarz Komunalny, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
For a table booked at Gościniec Orbaś, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
