Same Day Delivery
Arrange a flower delivery in Ludwiniec online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

For same-day flower delivery in Ludwiniec, place your order before 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For a recipient whose address is in Majdany, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Lira should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before sending flowers to Szkoła Podstawowa im. Janusza Korczaka, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Szkoła Podstawowa im. Powstańców Wielkopolskich, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Szkoła Podstawowa oddziały 4-6? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Kaplica dojazdowa, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kaplica klasztorna, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Kościół pw. Świętej Trójcy are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Dwór Bachusa Agnieszka Dąbrowska, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Osiedle Kujawy.
A tribute addressed to Cmentarz parafialny should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
