A delivery for Szkoła Podstawowa im. Mikołaja Kopernika w Dubielnie is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Szkoła Podstawowa im. Noblistów Polskich? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Kościół pw. Świętego Mikołaja Biskupa, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Kaplica cmentarna are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Urząd Gminy Papowo Biskupie, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
A tribute addressed to Cmentarz parafialny should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
