You do not need to be in Sródmieście to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Cichociemnych Spadochroniarzy AK in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Jan III Sobieski is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Sródmieście is 14:00. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. If the destination is in Dynasy, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A flower order for a recipient at Warszawski Instytut Zdrowia Kobiet needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. For a recipient at Szpital Nowowiejski, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Sending to Presidential? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Check with Sava Boutique Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a service at Kościół Ewangelicznych Chrześcijan, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Kościół pw. Świętego Marcina, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Kościół pw. św. Benona, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Bellotto, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Szpital Kliniczny im. ks. Anny Mazowieckiej, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
An order addressed to Państwowa Komisja Wyborcza should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For an address in Mariensztat, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the delivery address is Amber, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at ORZO, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Before sending flowers to Institute for the Deaf, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
