Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Wakarowo. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Where the delivery address includes Popowe Włóki, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If the service takes place at Kościół pw. Świętego Jana Chrzciciela, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Kościół pw. Najświętszego Serca Pana Jezusa, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Kościół pw. Przemienienia Pańskiego are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Folwark Karczemka Wellness & Restaurant, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
When the destination is in Stare Miasto, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Folwark Karczemka Wellness & Restaurant, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
