You do not need to be in Amarela to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Amarela by the local cutoff of 18:00. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
For a service at Igreja Matriz de Maçãs de Caminho, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Igreja Matriz de Pousaflores, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Hospital Santa Cecília before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Câmara Municipal de Alvaiázere, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
For a table booked at O Brás, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
