You do not need to be in Carvalho to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. For someone in Cerqueda, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Casa do Engenho, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Rua Dom Álvaro Coutinho “O Magriço” is the listed address of Casa do Engenho; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Escola Primária de Vila Boa is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Primária do Assento, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Primária do Rego, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Capela [particular], ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora da Ajuda, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Capela de Nossa Senhora do Calvelo, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Junta de Freguesia de Arnoia should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Address details for Sernadas should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Restaurante "Os Galegos", say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
