A flower order for Casal do Marra can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Dom Nuno Álvares Pereira are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Agrupamento 762 Maceira in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Carrasqueira.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Residencial Batalha, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Pensão Gladius, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola António Cândido da Encarnação, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Escola Básica do Arnal? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Capela da Amoreira, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora do Caminho are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Capela do Vale do Horto, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Villa Batalha, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When ordering for a recipient at Câmara Municipal da Batalha, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
When the destination is in Casais de São Romão, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Jota needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
