For a recipient in Funchalinho, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by For the Combatants Overseas in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Funchalinho is 18:00. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When entering an address in Pragal, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A flower order for someone staying at Cada da Mata should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Cada da Mata has a listed address of Rua 6 41; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Academia Ten, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Centro de Estudos, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Convento de Nossa Senhora do Bom Sucesso, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora do Carmo de Murfacém, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Capela de São Tomás de Aquino, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to Fundação Dona Anna de Sommer Champalimaud e Doutor Carlos Montez Champalimaud, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Before sending to a workplace such as Infraestruturas de Portugal, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Clássico Beach Bar, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for GHVS - Hospital Veterinário, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
