Send flowers to someone in Gaiva without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Centenário da Florestação da Serra do Marão are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Gaiva is 18:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When entering an address in Balsa, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the service takes place at Capela de Nossa Senhora dos Remédios, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Capela de Santa Luzia, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Capela de Santo António, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Pousada do Marão - São Gonçalo, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Carvalheira.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
