Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Prados de Cima is 18:00. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. When the destination is in Bairro de São Martinho (Fonte Arcada), include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you are sending to a guest of Hôtel Verdeal, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at Antiga Escola de Aldeia de Nacomba, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Escola Rua? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Capela de São Brás, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Igreja Paroquial de Vila da Rua, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Igreja de Aldeia de Nacomba, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Hotel Rural do Freixinho, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When ordering for a recipient at Junta de Freguesia de Fonte Arcada, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
