Send your flower order for Tagim online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Ferreira de Castro is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Address details for Aido de Além should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Casa Paço de Mato, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Sending to Estalagem Quinta-Progresso? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Incurso, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Capela Mortuária, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Capela de Nossa Senhora da Piedade, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Capela de Nossa Senhora do Crasto, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Solar das Laranjeiras, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
An order for a staff member at Junta de Freguesia de Vila Chã should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
When the destination is in Espinheiro, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a table booked at Colher de Pau, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
