Send flowers to Terras da Costa from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The online payment is made in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Padrão-Memória do Chão Salgado in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. For the Combatants Overseas is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When the destination is in Alfragide, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for GHVS - Hospital Veterinário, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. The location listed for GHVS - Hospital Veterinário is Rua General Humberto Delgado 81; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Cada da Mata, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For delivery details relating to Cada da Mata, its listed address is Rua 6 41; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Capela de Nossa Senhora do Carmo de Murfacém, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Capela de São Tomás de Aquino are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Capela do Convento dos Capuchos, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Espaço Cidadão, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Before sending a tribute to Cemitério da Ajuda, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
For a table booked at Churrasqueira Cant'o Galo, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
Sending flowers to someone at Centro de Estudos? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
