The same-day ordering cutoff in Mehadia is 18:00, local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
A delivery for Liceul Tehnologic Nicolae Stoica de Hațeg is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Biserica Catolică, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Biserica Creștină Baptistă, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Biserica Ortodoxa Mehadia, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Motel Sfinxul Bănățean, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For someone working at Consiliul Local Mehadia și Primăria, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
For a table booked at Restaurant Gorjanul., flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
