Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
Flowers for a service at Biserica Ortodoxă Gura Vulcănii are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Biserica Ortodoxă Vulcana-Pandele, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Mănăstirea Bunea, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Primăria Vulcana-Pandele with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
