You do not need to be in Abha to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as The 1 km of hiking trail are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. When entering an address in Airport, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are sending flowers to someone at ABHA PRIVATE HOSPITAL, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. Before sending to Abha private hospital (1,877 patient ), confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
A flower order for someone staying at ABHA PALACE should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Golden Andalus, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a service at Hotel, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at King Abdulaziz Grand Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at King Faisal Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at InterContinental, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Sending to a patient at King Khalid University Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Kudu, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
