You’ll pick the city and day on the product
You can order flowers for Clarke Quay online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as The Cenotaph are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Fullerton Building is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The same-day ordering cutoff in Clarke Quay is 14:00, local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Where the delivery address includes Little India, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A flower order for a recipient at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Before sending to Singapore General Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Communicable Disease Centre, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. The address for Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital is given as Irrawaddy Road 38; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a guest at Hotel 81 Orchid, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Citadines Rochor, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For flowers addressed to a guest at Cube Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Hotel 81 Orchid is listed at Lorong 8 Geylang 19A; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Aljunied Islamic School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Bendemeer Secondary badminton court, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Invictus International School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Attorney-General's Chambers (Singapore) should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Berlayar.
Before sending a tribute to Kopi Sua, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Real Food, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
For a service at Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
