Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Tanjong Pagar online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Former Indian National Army Monument is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Lim Bo Seng Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Tanjong Pagar is 14:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Little India.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Alexandra Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
If the recipient is staying at Cube Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For a guest at ANdAZ Singapore, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Sending flowers to someone at Aljunied Islamic School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Invictus International School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Quayside Isle Preparatory School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Citadines Rochor? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Use the hospital’s full address for Singapore General Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
An order for a staff member at Attorney-General's Chambers (Singapore) should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
An address in Berlayar should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A delivery timed for a meal at Jia Xiang Sarawak Kolo Mee needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
For a service at Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
