Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Ostratice without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Ostratice is 14:00. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When entering an address in Malé Ostratice, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Flowers for a service at Kaplnka Panny Márie ustavičnej pomoci are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Kostol sv. Petra a Pavla, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient’s address is in Veľké Ostratice, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Harmónia needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
