Send your flower order for Piestany online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For someone in Kocurice, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A flower order for a recipient at Nemocnica Alexandra Wintera, n.o. needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Thermia Palace, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For flowers addressed to a guest at Balnea Splendid, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Park, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Thermia Palace has a listed address of Nábrežie Justusa Jána Torkosa 3590/2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Flowers for a service at Kostol sv. Štefana Uhorského are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Evanjelický a. v. kostol, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Kostol sv. Cyrila a Metoda, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Medicentrum, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
