Send your flower order for Smrecany online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Matej Janco 1915 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Pamätník SNP in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
For a service at Kostol Očišťovania Panny Márie, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Evanjelický a. v. kostol, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Obecný Úrad Smrečany, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Tri kopy, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
