For a recipient in Lasko, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Partizanski spomenik in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Podrepškov križ are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Lasko is 14:00, local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For an address in Zahum, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If you cannot visit a guest at Hotel Thermana Park Laško, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Penzion Park, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If you are sending to a guest of Vila Sisi, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Hotel Thermana Park Laško has a listed address of Zdraviliška cesta 6; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to OŠ Primož Trubar, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at OŠ Primoža Trubarja Laško, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Podružnična šola Debro? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Župnijska cerkev svetega Lenarta, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Cerkev Svetega Mohorja, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Karmelska Mati Božja are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether KS Zidani Most accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Gostilna Čater, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
