Send your flower order for Spodnja Polskava online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Spomenik NOB are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When the destination is in Brinje, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A delivery for Osnovna šola Fram is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Osnovna šola dr. Jožeta Pučnika Črešnjevec? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Župnijska cerkev svete Ane, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Župnijska cerkev svete Trojice, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Župnijska cerkev svetega Mihaela, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a table booked at Autogrill, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
