You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send your flower order for Vucja vas online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Znamenje sv. Jožefa in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Slavko Osterc are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Vucja vas, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Before sending flowers to OŠ Krog, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Telovadnica is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Župnijska cerkev svetega Križa, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Župnijska cerkev svetega Mihaela, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Župnjiska cerkev sv. Ane, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as DARS, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
