Sending flowers to someone at Osnovna šola Sladki Vrh - podružnica Velka? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Župnijska cerkev Marije Snežne, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Cerkev svete Marije are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Mulčeva kapela, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Lovski dom, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
