You can order flowers for Beaufort West online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Beaufort West. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When the destination is in Hillside, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a patient at Beaufort West Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. The address given for Beaufort West Hospital is 99 Voortrekker Road 99; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at Bastiaanse Secondary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Central High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Nico Brummer Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at NG Kerk - Beaufort West, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at NG Kerk - Gamka Oos, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at NG Kerk - Gamka Vallei, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Matoppo Inn, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a recipient at Beaufort West Magistrate's Court, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Hooivlakte, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Red Canyon Spur, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
If the recipient is staying at Wagon Wheel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
