A flower order for Ceres can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
A flower order for someone staying at Riverside Lodge should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Riverside Lodge has a listed address of Fisant Lane 7; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Charlie Hofmeyr High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at NG Kerk Ceresvallei, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at NG Kerk - Ceres, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at NG Kerk - Mission are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Rocky River Spur, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
