Arrange a flower delivery in Clarens online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. An address in Clarens Golf & Trout Estate should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Maluti Mountain Lodge, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Sending to Mont d'Or? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Before sending flowers to Clarens Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Dihlabeng Christian School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Moriting Wa Thuto Secondary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at NG Kerk Clarens, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Dihlabeng Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Clarens Methodist Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Protea Hotel Clarens, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Address flowers for someone at Dihlabeng Municipal Office with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Address details for Clarens Mountain Estate should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Treat, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
