You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Graskop. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Same-day orders for Graskop close at 14:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Rustique Guest House, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For a guest at Mogodi Lodge, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Sending flowers to someone at Glory Hill Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Panorama Secondary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Laerskool Graskop is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Graskop Christian Outreach Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Kingdomhall of Jehovah's Witnesses, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at St Anthony's Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Graskop Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Check whether Department of Social Services, Population and Development accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Canimambo, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
