You do not need to be in Nelspruit to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. If the recipient’s address is in Gateway, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A flower order for someone staying at The Capital should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Check that Southern Sun Mbombela can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. The address for The Capital is given as Penny Gum Street 4; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Curro Mbombela? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Curro Nelspruit, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Afrikaanse Protestantse Kerk, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Church Unlimited, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at NG Westergloed, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Unversity Gym before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Check whether Civic Center accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Mageng.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Arkansas Spur, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
