Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Klapmuts. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Before ordering for a guest at Marianne Wine Estate, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
A delivery for KLAPMUTS PRIMÊRE SKOOL is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Mooihawens Community Worship Centre, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Klapmuts Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a table booked at Restaurant @ Glen Carlou, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
