You’ll pick the city and day on the product
For a recipient in Newcastle, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Newcastle Magistrates Court are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Newcastle is 14:00. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Where the delivery address includes Arbor Park, retain the locality when filling in the order.

If you are sending to a guest of Newcastle Inn, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Haggards on Hilldrop, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Victoria Road is the listed address of Newcastle Inn; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Bergsig, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Die Kruin - Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Drakensberg Vallei, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Kwazulu Natal Department of Health Medico-Legal Mortuary should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
