For a recipient in Richards Bay, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Richards Bay is 14:00. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Where the delivery address includes Aquadene, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Sending to SUN1 Richards Bay? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. If the recipient is staying at Road Lodge, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Bon Hotel Waterfront, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The address given for SUN1 Richards Bay is White Pear, Arboretum 6; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at John Ross College, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Richards Bay Community Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Eagles Nest Ministries, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Jehovah's Witnesses, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at South African Revenue Service, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
When the destination is in Birdswood, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a table booked at Bronco Creek Spur, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
