You do not need to be in Siyabuswa to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For an address in Kameelrivier, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Kwandebele Science Combined School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Sibonelo Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Ubuhlebethu Secondary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the destination is in Mapoch, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
