You do not need to be in Bunpyeong-dong to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Chungcheongbuk-do Citizens' Charter are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Jikji in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Where the delivery address includes Namju-dong, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a guest at Brown Dot Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When arranging flowers for Brown Dot Hotel, note its listed address, 교서로32번길 32-2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Cheongju Girls' Commercial High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Chungbuk Girls' High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Chungbuk Girls' Middle School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Seongmudae Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at 청주주소망교회(JMS), the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Chungcheongbuk-do Provincial Office, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Pyeongchon-dong.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Isaac 토스트, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
