You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Dongmyeong-myeon. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Sunshine Tourist Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Dongmyeong Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Dongmyeong High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Dongmyeong Middle School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Beopjangsa, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Bulsimsa, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Palgong Theme Resort Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
