Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Gaeun-eup is 14:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Sigye University Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
A delivery for Gaeun Elementary School Huiyang Branch School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Gaeun High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Gaeun Middle School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Gaeunjungang Clinic, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
