You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Jeongna-dong. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Same-day orders for Jeongna-dong close at 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Jeongha-dong.
For a delivery to a teacher at Jeongna Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Samcheok Palace Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For someone in Jeongna, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Bada Fish Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
