Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
For a guest at Jinbu Tourist Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Sanjeong Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before sending flowers to Homyeong Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Jinbu Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Jinbu High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Sangwonsa, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Seodaesa, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Woljeongsa, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Odaesan should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
A delivery timed for a meal at Jinburyeongsongeo Fish Restaurant needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
