You do not need to be in Jungang-dong to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The same-day ordering cutoff in Jungang-dong is 14:00, local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For an address in Dangye-dong, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Wonju Medical Center, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Gangwonalkoolsangdam Center, and address the order to the hospital itself. Use the hospital’s full address for Wonjuseongji Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. When arranging flowers for Wonju Medical Center, note its listed address, 서원대로 387; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Check with Wonju Citi Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A flower order for someone staying at Sehwajang Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. 건강로 4 is the listed address of Wonju Citi Hotel; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Won-dong Catholic Cathedral Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Dogaksa, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Taejang 1 Dong Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Dangudong Community Service Center, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Ferry, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
A delivery for Bukwon Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Before sending flowers to pyeong-won elementary school, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
