You’ll pick the city and day on the product
You can order flowers for Mokpo-si online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Kim Dae Jung Nobel Peace Prize Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Mokpo-si. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Where the delivery address includes Daeui-dong 1-ga, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Mondavi Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If the recipient is staying at Shangria beach hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. The address for Mondavi Hotel is given as 수강로4번길 33; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Mokpomihang Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Bukgyodong Catholic Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Daeseongdong Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Hanseong Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Korea Ship Safety Technology, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Address details for Geum-dong 1-ga should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A delivery timed for a meal at Intersection needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
