You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Arrange a flower delivery in Namjung-dong online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The online payment is made in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

For delivery on the same day in Namjung-dong, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. An address in Dongsan-dong should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Check with the ward at Iksan Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. The location listed for Iksan Hospital is 무왕로 969; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at Busong Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Busong Middle Shool, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Iksan Gungdong Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Dae Catholic Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Juhyeondong Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Madong Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Geudeu Plaza Tourist Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For an address in Hyeonyeong-dong, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Bonjuk Iksanwongwangdaebyeongwonjeom, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
