Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Nohyeong-dong. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For a recipient whose address is in Nohyeong-dong, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If you are sending to a guest of Leslie Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Before sending flowers to Halla Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Jeju High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Jeju jeil High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Cheonwangsa, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Nohyeong Catholic Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Yeondong Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Grand Hyatt Jeju, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Neulpureun Internal Medicine Clinic, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
When entering an address in Haean-dong, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Golden Fingers Sushi Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
