You do not need to be in Seongju-dong to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For a recipient whose address is in Gaeumjeong-dong, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A flower order for a recipient at Hanma-eum Chang-won Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Check with 25st Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Before ordering for a guest at M stay Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. When addressing flowers to a guest at Toyoko Inn Changwon, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The address for 25st Hotel is given as 단정로 25; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at BETEL CHURCH, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Cheongryongsa, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at JANGUSA are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Naval Maritime Medical Center, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
If the recipient works at Changwon District Court, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If the destination is in Gyeonghwa-dong, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Ddaenggarihyangeoingeo Fish Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
A delivery for Changwon Namsan High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
