Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Yeongdeok-gun is 14:00, local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Donghaehaesang Tourist Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Green Won, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Jipum Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Jipum Middle School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Chuksanhang Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Manguksa, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Seonamsa, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Yeonghae Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Donghae Beach Tourist Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For someone working at Yeonghae Community Service Center, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Haegung Fish Restaurant, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
