Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Sant Jaume. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Antoni Maura are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Monumento a los Caídos del Crucero Baleares is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For an address in Llevant, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode. For postal details in Spain, the five-digit postcode comes before the town name, with the first two digits identifying the province; copy the complete code supplied by the recipient and keep it with the street address, building number and locality.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Hospital de Son Llàtzer, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. Use the hospital’s full address for Psiquiàtric, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
Check that Hotel Amic Horizonte can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. If you are sending to a guest of Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For a guest at Artmadams, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. The location listed for Hotel Amic Horizonte is Carrer de Vista Alegre 1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Institut d'Educació Secundària Josep Maria Llompart, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Institut d'Educació Secundària Joan Alcover, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Institut d'Educació Secundària Antoni Maura, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to a patient at Hospital de Son Espases calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
When ordering for a recipient at Parlament de les Illes Balears, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
An address in Nord should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a tribute intended for Cementiri de la Vileta, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at El Cielo del Born, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
