Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Son Serra Perera, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Antoni Maura is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Monumento a los Caídos del Crucero Baleares are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. For someone in Llevant, use that locality name within the delivery address. In Spain’s postal address format, the five-digit postcode comes before the town name, with the first two digits identifying the province; copy the complete code supplied by the recipient and keep it with the street address, building number and locality.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Psiquiàtric, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. Check with the ward at Clínica Juaneda before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Sending to Artmadams? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. When addressing flowers to a guest at Cort, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Institut d'Educació Secundària Josep Maria Llompart, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Institut d'Educació Secundària Joan Alcover is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Institut d'Educació Secundària Antoni Maura, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Hospital de Son Espases, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
When ordering for a recipient at Parlament de les Illes Balears, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
When the destination is in Nord, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A tribute addressed to Cementiri de la Vileta should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at El Cielo del Born, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
