Send your flower order for Badalkumbura online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Badalkumbura is 18:00. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For an address in Batugammana Junction, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before sending flowers to Alupotha Muslim Maha Vidyalaya, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Gallaba Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Gedawila Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Sri Goonaratne Mdalindarama Purana Viharaya are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the destination is in Dahaya Kanuwa/10th Milepost, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Singhe Hotel, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
