Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Batticaloa. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Cemetery is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Mahatma Gandhi Statue are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Batticaloa, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. If the destination is in Kattankudy, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Vasanth Cool Bar, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If the recipient is staying at Karpaha Sands, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Vocational Training Institute Kumburumoolai Valaichchenai, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Mahajana College, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Methodist Central College, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Abdul Rahuman Musjid are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Niro Cool Bar, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before placing a workplace order for Manchcholai Mani Mandapam, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If the recipient’s address is in Arayampathy, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Amirtham Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
