You can send flowers to someone in Chilaw even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Chilaw is 18:00. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. If the recipient’s address is in Bangadeniya, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Sending to Far Inn Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Before ordering for a guest at Nilawin hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
A delivery for Ananda National School - Chilaw is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Chilaw International School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Edmund Peiris Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Munneswaram Kovil, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Chilaw City Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
An order addressed to District Veterinary Investigation Centre should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Clement's Chilaw, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
